Terms of Service

By accessing this website or submitting an application to the DentalOS 30-Day New Patient Challenge (the “Challenge”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit an application. You represent that you are an authorized decision-maker for the dental practice you describe and that you are at least 18 years old.

The Challenge is a proposed founding-client pilot offered by DentalOS to eligible independent dental practices. The stated target of 10 qualifying new-patient appointments booked during a defined 30-day campaign period is a goal, not a guarantee for every practice. Participation is subject to eligibility approval and a separate written agreement that defines the campaign start date, the 30-day measurement period, what counts as a qualifying new-patient appointment, how campaign attribution is established, exclusions, the advertising budget and payment arrangements, the responsibilities of the practice, and any maximum extension period and final remedy.

The pilot service fee and advertising spend are separate. The practice pays its own advertising costs. Advertising spend is not included in any service fee.

The proposed guarantee — that DentalOS will continue the agreed campaign management at no additional management fee if the agreed target is not reached — applies only to accepted practices that meet their agreed responsibilities and is subject to the written guarantee terms. The guarantee is conditional on a signed agreement, an agreed advertising budget, adequate local market demand, timely access and approvals, available appointment capacity, functioning tracking, and the practice’s agreed lead-response responsibilities. DentalOS does not guarantee treatment acceptance, collected revenue, insurance approval, patient attendance, or clinical outcomes, and does not represent the target as a historically proven result, established success rate, or universal outcome.

To remain eligible, the practice agrees to promptly answer and return inquiries, share agreed booking outcomes, maintain appointment availability, fund and approve the agreed advertising budget, and follow the agreed tracking and reporting process. Existing patients, duplicates, spam, cancellations, and other unqualified inquiries do not count toward the target.

DentalOS does not provide dental treatment and is not a covered entity under HIPAA. Do not submit patient names, dates of birth, diagnoses, insurance details, treatment records, or any other protected health information through the application form or any other channel on this site. Any such information submitted is not requested by DentalOS and should not be included.

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, submit false or misleading information, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation. We may modify or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by DentalOS or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute site content without our prior written permission, except as necessary to view the site in your browser.

The site and the Challenge are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Results depend on market conditions, campaign budget, practice capacity, inquiry quality, and follow-up execution. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DentalOS disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and does not guarantee any specific patient volume, ranking, or revenue outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DentalOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of revenue or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the site or the Challenge, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which DentalOS operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that state.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
